Requirements:
55M (Less if you dont want to make and sell)

1. First if you P2P you want to go to the Grand Exchange and set it to buy 1k+ battle staffs and air orbs. If your F2P skip to step 2
2. Set it to buy 350k Hard Leather( buy less if you cant afford all 400k, and then when you make the hard leather bodies, sell them and buy more)
3. Now just train your crafting to 28 by making gloves or boots.
4. Once your 28 this is where it gets boring, start making hard leather bodies. Just do this Till lvl 66, and remember to keep buying battle staffs with your spare money if your P2P, F2P users just keep doing hard leather bodies till 99
5. P2P once you reach 66 start making battle staffs. This will speed up your crafting xp by tons! When I did this, I got 140K+ crafting exp a hour, once you finish the battle staffs, go back to hard leathers till 99
6. Do it until level 99 and Have Fun
