First, make sure that your iPod touch or iPhone is jailbroken.
Go to cydia and add the sinfuliphone source which is... http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com
Scroll through the apps on their source or search on cydia for "iAP" and install "iAP cracker"
After that, go to the real appstore and download the app "TextNow" it will come up as "texnow with voice". Run the app and it will provide you with a Phone number for your iDevice.
Go to the call button, click "get credits" and purchase the $9.99 one. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
If the app tries to make you sign in with your iTunes email, then you did it wrong. Nothing should pop up and the credits will be added to your account. UNLIMITED. Can also use this to purchase the ad removal, etc for free in the app.
