First off i wanna start by saying no this is not a java drive-by. run it sand boxied if you have doubt's although i used to use this as my java drive-by link, i finally decided to make a real RSPS i am still looking for staff so if you have experience just come on over and play for a bit :)

Most of you may be asking, why is this server better then the rest?
this server run's off a Windows VPS with 8 Gig's Of RAM even though it's new.
this server has what most other server's have, but what other server's lack is passion and commitment. when you join Thelegend317 i promise you that if you need help with anything, I or another staff member will be there for you, and everyone else on the server.

-A Lagless Community for enjoyment.
-All the Runescape mini-games with all the New Runescape Item's.
-An owner That Loves each and every one of his player's.
-Fully Coded Torva, Pernix, And Virtus With the 1390 Hit Points.
-All Item's with the Proper Special attack.
-All mini-games just as Runescape had them a year ago.
-Amazing Donator benefit's at a price even Bums can afford.
-Quick pking and Somewhat Fast XP, but not too fast ofcourse. :)
-Double XP Weekend's That allows you to train faster.
-Working Summoning With all Follower's Such as Wolpertinger.
-That's Just a Few things that i Remember. here at Thelegend317, the possibility's Are endless when it comes to playing. if you want to become a skiller and outrank your fellow player's. This is the server for you. if you want to Player Kill(PK) Your Fellow players and Take their item's. this server is for you. and last but not least, if your thinking this server doesn't offer a Fun Place for PVMing you thought wrong. i took the time out of my day to add in Monster's You might have never faced before.
